Do we always keep the same people in our class when we move to our different classes? When do we find out what team we are on?
I’m excited to go! Will we have homework on the very first day?
I don’t know about homework on the first day of school. That is probably up to individual teachers.
On a regular day how many classes will we have in one day at the middle school?
Yes, you will be assigned to a homeroom that will be made up of the same students. You will trade classes together. I am not sure when you find out what your team is going to be. I would guess that it will be closer tot he start of the new school year.
Will we get to pick where are locker is or will the teachers pick where it is? Also something I would like to know is how many teachers are there? During our tour will we get to meet every single teacher there is? Who’s classroom will we be going in to see what it’s like?
Most of you will be assigned to a team of three teachers so you can proabably expect to meet with all three teachers once a day on a regular day.
Will we have a class that we stay with the whole day, going to different classes, or will there be different people in each class? Will we have two or three classes? Does the Intermeiate school begin earlier than East and get out earlier than East? Will we have lockers with locks? Will we get to talk to kids from diffrent schools on transition day? How many kids will be in fifth grade next year?
How many teams will there be? How much time do you spend in each class? How much time do you get to eat lunch? Do you have to do the social studies MAP test?
I don’t think you get to pick where your locker is going to be located. I think they are assigned. There are many teachers at the Intermediate. I don’t know the exact number. You will get to meet many of them during our visit. You will probably get to peek inside several classrooms of students during our visit.
What will we learn on the first day of 5th grade?
That is not a question that can be answered until you meet your teacher.
I am not sure of the number of teams. I would predict around 5. I don’t know how long your classes are exactly. Probably around an hour. Lunch will be about the same amount of time as you have now. No, I don’t think they take the Social Studies MAP test, but you will take the Science MAP test next year.
Yes you will have a class that you stay with the whole day. You will go to the different classes/teachers as a group. There are two or three teachers on each team. Intermediate school follows our schedule. School will begin and end at the same time. You will have lockers, but as 5th graders you will not have a lock. You will see kids from other schools on transition day, but I don’t think there will be time to visit. I don’t know how many kids there will be, probably over 200!
What is the teachers name that is taking us on the tour.
How many teams are there going to be? On Wednesday what time will we leave to go to the Intermetite School? How long will we be there?
I wonder who will be in my class?
We will leave for the Intermediate school at 9:00 and return at 10:30.
I wonder who is in my class?
We will be assigned a 5th grade teacher when we arrive.
How many kids are on a team ?
I am really exited about starting 5th grade. I wonder how many people in Willard East 4th grade are going to be in the same classes?
Will we get recess? If we do have recess, how long will it be? How many groups are there? How many are in each group? What are the names of each group( if they have any group names)? I am looking forward to go to 5th grade because my cousin in 6th grade said days seemed shorter because you switch classes!
I wounder if you learn sqaure root?
A team is made up of 2 or 3 classes, so I would guesse there are 24-50 students on a team.
I think you will probably learn that in 6th grade.
